Information on Personal Data Processing

Silca dei F.lli Beldì S.r.l., acting as the Data Controller, informs you that the personal data you enter into the form will be processed to respond to your request and subscribe you to our newsletter.

The processing is lawful as it is carried out pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR, i.e., for the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject. The personal data collected will be retained as long as the service remains active and/or until a cancellation request is made. The GDPR grants you the rights referred to in Articles 15 and following, namely the right to withdraw consent, obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist, obtain information on the source, purposes, and methods of processing, update, rectify, integrate data, as well as request the erasure of data processed unlawfully.
