The conditions of sale listed below apply exclusively to purchases made by private customers. To make a purchase online, you must be of legal age.
Purchases made through our store are governed, where not expressly provided for by the following conditions, by current consumer protection legislation regarding distance contracts.

Payment Methods
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, ScalaPay, and SatisPay.
If you choose to buy with Scalapay, you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize such transfer.
Payment is completed directly on the website at the time of the order.
Delivery Times
Orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal received by 11:00 AM will be prepared and shipped the same day; orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Fridays after 11:00 AM will be processed on the following Monday.
- Italy: 1 to 4 business days
- Abroad (AT, DE, GR, SE, FR, ES): 4 to 9 business days
In any case, during the checkout process, the system will clearly display the estimated delivery times based on your destination.
SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL guarantees the indicated times up to the handover to the courier; any delays in the final delivery are strictly the responsibility of the courier.
Prices and Availability
The prices displayed on the site include VAT. Any applicable shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout and in the relevant shipping section.
Should it be impossible, even temporarily, to process your order, SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL will contact the buyer to make new arrangements. SILCA assumes no responsibility for non-deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the buyer.
Warranty and Privacy
Silca guarantees that its products are free from any defects. Should you encounter a defect, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 8 days of receipt.
Personal data is processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). By providing your data, you consent to its processing by SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL.
Return Policy
Not satisfied with your ordered goods? We accept online returns within 14 days of the purchase date, offering a partial or full refund, or store credit. Items returned after the 14-day window are non-refundable. All returned items must be intact and clean.
To initiate a return, please send an email to magazzino@silca.eu indicating your order number. Pack the goods securely and return them at your own expense to: Silca dei F.lli Beldì srl, via Santa Margherita 15, Somma Lombardo (VA), Italy.
Once your return is received, processing will take 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within an additional 3-5 business days.
