Silca, an Italian story passed down since 1954

Silca srl is an Italian manufacturing company that has been successfully operating in the industrial hosiery sector for over 70 years. The company produces, throughout the complete production cycle, high-quality tights and stockings, private label and under its own brand, for both the Italian and foreign markets.

Silca was founded in 1954, from the entrepreneurial initiative of brothers Pietro and Franco Beldì, as an artisanal dyeing plant for third parties. Over the years, thanks to the experience acquired, the Beldì brothers broadened their horizons and began their own production and distribution of hosiery, thus completing the production cycle.

In the sixties, the three main lines of classic, support, and fashion tights were born under the FBS brand, reaching a prestigious position in the specialized market. Constant technological updating and a careful eye on market needs have guided the choices from the 70s to the present day with the Silca brand.
