Online Terms of Sale

The terms of sale listed below refer only to purchases made by private customers. To make an online purchase, you must be of legal age.

Purchases made through the store are regulated, to the extent not expressly provided for by the following terms of purchase, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) regarding the protection of consumers in distance contracts.

The following are the terms governing the sale of products marketed by SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL. The consumer is invited to read these terms of sale carefully every time a purchase is made through the store.

The trademarks of the products displayed, presented, and marketed on this site are the property of SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL.

Shipping costs: this page lists only some markets; other regions are specified directly in the relevant market during the checkout process.

Payment methods

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, ScalaPay, and SatisPay.

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties, and to their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.

Payment is made directly on the site at the time of the order.

Delivery times

Orders placed with a Credit Card or PayPal received before 11:00 AM will be prepared and shipped the same day; orders received after 11:00 AM will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 11:00 AM will be processed on Monday.

  • Italy: 1 to 4 working days
  • International: 3 to 9 working days

In any case, during checkout, the system will clearly show the estimated delivery times based on the destination.

SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL guarantees the indicated timeframes up to the point of handover to the courier; any delays in final delivery are to be attributed to the courier.

Prices and availability

The prices displayed on the site include VAT. Any shipping costs are indicated at checkout and in the relevant section.

In case of inability, even temporary, to fulfill the order, SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL will contact the buyer to make new arrangements. SILCA assumes no responsibility for failed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the buyer.

Warranty and privacy

Silca guarantees that its products are free from any defects. If a defect is found, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 8 days of receipt.

Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The submission of data implies consent to processing by SILCA dei F.lli Beldì SRL.

Return policy

Did you not like the ordered goods? We accept online returns within 14 days of the date of purchase, offering a partial or full refund or store credit. Items returned after 14 days are not refundable. Items must be intact and clean.

To make a return, send an e-mail to magazzino@silca.eu indicating the order number. Pack the merchandise and ship it back at your own expense to: Silca dei F.lli Beldì srl, via Santa Margherita 15, Somma Lombardo.

Once the return is received, processing will take 3-5 working days. In case of acceptance, the refund will appear on the original payment method within an additional 3-5 working days.
